SEFTC - VICE-MAYOR FURR ACTION: (T-12:13 PM) Vice-Mayor Furr reported attending a Southeast Florida Transportation Committee meeting in which a study in connection with creation of a railroad from Miami to Okeechobee was passed and funded.
