MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator to execute amendments, change orders, and any other required documentation for the Standard Grant Agreement No. 22FRP126 between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (“FDEP”) and Broward County, dated August 3, 2023 (“Grant Agreement”), for the design and construction of the Canal Structure S-27 Improvements project, subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney, provided such documents do not impose any additional financial obligation on the County; and authorize the County Administrator to take any necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement same.
