A. MOTION TO APPROVE Referral Agreement No. VB124-15-2025 between Areawide Council on Aging of Broward County, Inc., and Broward County, in the estimated amount of $90,000 to the County, effective October 1, 2024, through March 31, 2025, to provide case management services to eligible Veterans residing in Broward County; authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same; authorize the County Administrator to execute amendments to the Agreement, subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney, that do not impose any additional financial obligations on the County; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Agreement.
