MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator to reallocate $1,344,891 in Fiscal Year 2025 funding for behavioral health and intervention services from previously awarded recipient Henderson Behavioral Health Inc. (“Henderson”) to substitute recipient Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (“AHCA”), to approve and execute any and all documents necessary to implement same, subject to review and approval of the legally binding documents for legal sufficiency by the County Attorney’s Office, and provided the reallocation does not impose any additional material risk or financial obligation on the County, as determined by the County Administrator after consultation with the County.
