A. MOTION TO APPROVE Third Amendment to Contract No. OPN2123814B1_1 Trash Pick-up for Various Locations between Broward County and A.J. Panzarella, LLC doing business as Panzarella Waste & Recycling Services, retroactive to and effective as of October 1, 2024, providing for adjustments to the disposal fees charged in Broward County for certain trash pick-up services, and updates to billing rates by 3% based upon the Consumer Price Index (CPI), increasing the contract total not-to-exceed amount by $122,612 from $3,369,978 to $3,492,590, and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same.
