MOTION TO APPROVE ending the current Collective Bargaining Agreement expiring Fiscal Year 2024/2025 between the Board of County Commissioners of Broward County, Florida and the Government Supervisors Association of Florida, OPEIU, AFL-CIO, Local 100, representing the County’s Professional Unit employees and to enter into a new two-year successor Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners of Broward County, Florida and the Government Supervisors Association of Florida, OPEIU, AFL-CIO, Local 100, representing the County’s Professional Unit, for Fiscal Years 2024/2025 and 2025/2026; delegate authority to the Director of the Human Resources Division to execute Letters of Understanding, if necessary, and authorize the Mayor to execute the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
