MOTION TO APPROVE Agreement between Broward County and the Children’s Services Council of Broward County (“CSC”) for the County’s Lights On Afterschool event in the Broward Municipal Services District, for CSC to provide funding in the amount of $17,500 for the annual event; authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same; authorize the County Administrator to approve and execute amendments to the agreement that do not impose any additional financial obligations on the County, subject to review and approval as to legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney, and to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Agreement. (Commission Districts 5 and 8)
