MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator to negotiate, approve, and execute a grant agreement between Broward County and the State of Florida Department of Management Services for a Florida Local Government Cybersecurity Grant - Round 2, and any amendments thereto, for the Water and Wastewater Services, provided the agreements do not impose any financial obligations on the County and subject to review for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney; and to take all other necessary administrative and budgetary actions for the execution and implementation of same. (Commission Districts 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9)
