MOTION TO APPROVE termination for cause of the Agreement between Broward County and Worldwide Sports Management Group, LLC (“Worldwide”), for Promotion and Management of International Cricket Events and Major Cricket Events at Central Broward Regional Park; and authorize the Director of Parks and Recreation to provide notice of termination pursuant to the Agreement; and authorize the Office of the County Attorney to take any and all legal action necessary to recover amounts owed by Worldwide under the agreement.
