MOTION TO APPROVE Second Amendment to the Agreement between Broward County and University of Miami for Human Performance Forensic Toxicology Services to extend the Agreement for a second extension term, from September 17, 2024, through September 16, 2025, to create four, one-year optional extension terms, and to increase the not-to-exceed amount by $960,000 to provide for the extension terms; authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same; and authorize the County Administrator to take any and all necessary administrative actions to implement the amendment.
