MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution Amending the Broward County Administrative Code, the title of which is as follows: (Continued from August 22, 2024 - Item No. 78) A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, REPEALING SECTIONS 22.175 THROUGH 22.177 OF THE BROWARD COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE CODE ("ADMINISTRATIVE CODE"), RELATING TO THE BROWARD COUNTY PROPERTY ASSESSED CLEAN ENERGY ("PACE") PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, INCLUSION IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
