A. MOTION TO APPROVE Grant Agreement between the Florida Network of Children’s Advocacy Centers, Inc. (“FNCAC”) and Broward County, in the amount of $9,645, effective upon the date of full execution through June 30, 2025, to fund medical consultations and specialized interview services for children and families involved in an allegation of child maltreatment; authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same; authorize the County Administrator to execute amendments to the Agreement, subject to review for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney, that do not impose additional financial obligations on the County; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Agreement.
