MOTION TO APPROVE Contract No. 24/25-GR-CAC26 between Florida Network of Children’s Advocacy Centers, Inc. (“FNCAC”), and Broward County, in a total amount not to exceed $263,327 to the County, effective July 1, 2024, or the date of execution of the contract for general revenue funding between FNCAC and the Florida Office of the Attorney General, whichever is later, through June 30, 2025, to fund advocacy and mental health services for child victims of abuse and their eligible family members or caregivers; authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same; authorize the County Administrator to execute amendments to the Contract, subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney, that do not impose any financial obligations on the County; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Contract.
