A. MOTION TO APPROVE Agreement between Florida Network of Children’s Advocacy Centers, Inc. (“FNCAC”), and Broward County, in the amount of $5,321 to the County, effective July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, to fund training for staff who provide prevention and intervention services to child victims of sexual and physical abuse; authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same; authorize the County Administrator to execute amendments to the Agreement, subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney, that do not impose any additional financial obligations on the County; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Agreement. MOTION TO ADOPT budget Resolution within the Specialty License Plate Fund to appropriate revenue from FNCAC in the amount of $5,321 for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 to fund training for staff who provide prevention and intervention services to child victims of sexual and physical abuse.
