MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution directing the County Administrator to publish Notice of Public Hearing to be held on November 12, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., in Room 422 of Governmental Center East to consider enactment of a proposed Ordinance related to Monarch Hill Landfill expansion, the title of which is as follows: (Commission District 2) AN ORDINANCE OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A SMALL-SCALE AMENDMENT TO THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; AMENDING THE BROWARD COUNTY MUNICIPAL SERVICES DISTRICT FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
