MOTION TO ENACT Ordinance adopting Broward County Land Use Plan text amendment PCT 24-2, expanding Policy 2.16.4 regarding affordable housing, as an amendment to the Broward County Comprehensive Plan pursuant to Section 163.3184, Florida Statutes, as amended, the title of which is as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE BROWARD COUNTY LAND USE PLAN TEXT OF THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, EXPANDING POLICY 2.16.4 REGARDING AFFORDABLE HOUSING; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
