MOTION TO APPROVE Fifth Amendment to Agreement between Broward County and City of North Lauderdale for Surtax-Funded Municipal Transportation Project: Intersection Improvements and Implementation of Traffic Circles and Multiuse Path Along SW 81st Ave at Kimberly Boulevard, SW 5th Street, and Tam O’ Shanter Boulevard project identification number NLAU-007.2, to extend its duration retroactive to the current expiry date, and to authorize the County Administrator to take the necessary administrative actions to implement the Fifth Amendment that do not impose additional financial obligations on the County.
