MOTION TO APPROVE form Agreement between Broward County and Broward County Landfill Customers for Billing Related to the Broward County Landfill (“Landfill Customer Billing Agreement”), in substantially the form attached as Exhibit 1; and authorize the County Administrator to make nonsubstantive changes to the Landfill Customer Billing Agreement including conversion to an online agreement or to reflect changes to applicable law, subject to review for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney, provided such changes do not impose additional costs or risk to the County; authorize the County Administrator to execute same.
