MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator to approve and execute an Amended and Restated License Agreement with Tradewinds & Atlantic Railroad, Inc. (formerly known as Florida Live Steamers and Railroaders, Inc.), a Florida not-for-profit corporation, for the continued use, operation, and maintenance of a scale-model railroad facility at Tradewinds Park, subject to review and approval as to legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney, at no cost for unlimited five-year renewals and termination by either party upon 30 days’ notice; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Amended and Restated Agreement.
