Section 5339, Bus and Bus Facilities Formula Grants, in the amount of $3,639,701 under the Federal Transit Act, reauthorized under the Infrastructure and Investment Jobs Act; authorizing the County Administrator, or designee, to furnish the FTA with additional information that may be required for FTA review and consideration of the grant application; authorizing the County Administrator, or designee, to execute a grant award agreement under this grant program and to sign any and all other documentation that may be required in connection with the grant application or award, subject to review and approval of the grant agreement and other documentation for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney; authorizing the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the grant; and providing for an effective date.
