MOTION TO APPROVE easement granting Florida Power & Light Company (“FPL”), a perpetual, non-exclusive underground easement (“Easement”) for the construction, operation and maintenance of underground electric utility facilities on a portion of County-owned property at Broward Memorial Post 180 (a/k/a American Legion Post 180) located at 1280 SW 44th Terrace, in the Broward Municipal Services District and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same.
