MOTION TO APPROVE standard form agreement for SWIM Central program, pursuant to Section 13.91(h) of the Broward County Administrative Code, for use with instructors teaching swim lessons eligible for reimbursement through the program; authorize the County Administrator to approve modifications to the form agreement that do not increase the cost to County, subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative actions to implement the resulting agreements.
