MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution, the title of which is as follows: (Commission District 4) A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELATING TO CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY BROWARD COUNTY (“COUNTY”) IN THE CITY OF OAKLAND PARK, FLORIDA (“PROPERTY”); APPROVING THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN BROWARD COUNTY AND THE SCHOOL BOARD OF BROWARD COUNTY FOR TEMPORARY USE OF THE COUNTY’S PROPERTY; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
