MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution supporting the Florida Legislature’s honorary designation of State Road A1A as the “Jimmy Buffett Memorial Highway,” the title of which is as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, SUPPORTING THE HONORARY DESIGNATION FOR ALL PORTIONS OF STATE ROAD A1A LOCATED WITHIN BROWARD COUNTY AS THE “JIMMY BUFFETT MEMORIAL HIGHWAY”; RECOGNIZING THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AS THE AGENCY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN, ERECTION, AND MAINTENANCE OF THE HONORARY DESIGNATION MARKERS; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
