MOTION TO ENACT Ordinance adopting Broward County Land Use Plan text amendment PCT 23-3, adding Policy 2.16.5 regarding Community permitted uses, as an amendment to the Broward County Comprehensive Plan pursuant to Section 163.3184, Florida Statutes, as amended, the title of which is as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE BROWARD COUNTY LAND USE PLAN TEXT OF THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REGARDING POLICY 2.16.5 RELATED TO COMMUNITY USES; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
