MOTION TO ENACT Ordinance adopting Broward County Land Use Plan text amendment PCT 22-7, regarding the Dania Beach Activity Center, as an amendment to the Broward County Comprehensive Plan pursuant to Section 163.3184, Florida Statutes, as amended (Commission District 6), the title of which is as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE BROWARD COUNTY LAND USE PLAN TEXT OF THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REGARDING THE DANIA BEACH ACTIVITY CENTER; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
