MOTION TO APPROVE First Amendment to Agreement between Broward County and M2Mobi LLC, pursuant to Agreement No. TEC2125349A1_1 for support and maintenance of the M2Mobi Digital Airport Platform, to provide for a change to the delegated authority provisions of the Agreement to allow the Purchasing Director to execute Work Authorizations for Optional Services up to the applicable not-to-exceed amount of $3,520,000 as part of the Agreement; and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same.
