MOTION TO APPROVE First Amendment to Contract No. 34346-23 between the Broward Behavioral Health Coalition, Inc., and Broward County, revising the total budgeted award amount from $4,628,015 to $4,576,412, effective November 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, to provide community-based substance use disorder treatment services; authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same; authorize the County Administrator to execute amendments to the Contract, subject to review for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney, that do not impose additional financial obligations on the County; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Contract as amended.
