  7. <strong>Consideration</strong> and <strong>Approval</strong> of a resolution ratifying and approving an emergency proposal from MTX Group One in the amount of $39,800.00, in accordance with Section 2-1.3 of the Town's Emergency Procurements provisions, for repair of a caved-in portion of 95th Street and East Broadview Drive. Enclosed are the draft Resolution and proposal.
  8. <strong id="isPasted">Consideration </strong>and <strong id="isPasted">Approval </strong>of a resolution approving a proposal from Transcore in the amount of $355,068.60 to upgrade all of the servers and software on the SunPass toll system. Enclosed is the draft resolution and proposal from Transcore.
