(Second Reading) An Ordinance to Amending Section 453-21 (D) of the Bethany Beach Town Code Synopsis This ordinance removes Section 453-21 (D) by adding the phrase of "plus eighteen (18) inches of "freeboard". It is the understanding of Council such language must be included in the ordinance in order to recieve FEMA credit for freeboard.
