Rilling, to execute an Amendment to the Lease Agreement with the Center for Contemporary Printmaking, Inc. to extend the Lease for the Carriage House and Gardener’s Cottage retro-actively for 10 years from February 1, 2025, to January 31, 2035. The remaining terms of the lease to remain unchanged.
