- Authorize the Mayor, Barbara C. Smyth, to execute a 3-year lease agreement with Neave Decor in an amount not to exceed $77,000 ($28,000 for Year 1, $24,500 for Year 2, $24,500 for Year 3) for the installation, maintenance, and removal of the Wall Street and South Norwalk Holiday Trees. - Authorize the Mayor, Barbara C. Smyth, to execute an agreement with First Taxing District of the City of Norwalk in the amount of $148,194.89 to relocate utilities in conflict with (Phase 2A) Wall Street Improvements, State Projects 0102-0373 and 0102-0379.
- Authorize the Mayor, Barbara C. Smyth to enter into a License Agreement with the State of Connecticut Department of Transportation (the “State”) for access and use of a portion of the State’s right-of-way at and around the Southern and Northern Monroe Street Bridge Abutments for the installation of the Monroe Street Underpass Mural by Rough Edge Collective Inc., as well as the maintenance, and public display thereof.
- Authorize the Mayor to execute any and all documents associated with the submission of the PY51 CAPER to HUD.
