- To award to Ford Motor Credit purchased under CT State Contract #19PSX0161 a lease to own contract for three vans at 4 consecutive annual payments of $41,184.12, and an additional lease to own contract for one Ford Explorer to be paid in 4 consecutive annual payments of $11,353.29, and to refer to the Office of Corporation Counsel for contract review, and to authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to effect said contract.
- <strong>Real Estate Committee - </strong>To approve the Lease Agreement by and between the City of Bristol (“Landlord”) and The Police Mutual Aid of Bristol, Incorporated (“Tenant”) for a portion of the property located at 131 North Main Street, Basement Floor, Bristol, Connecticut; to refer this matter to the Corporation Counsel to prepare and/or review any necessary documents and that the Mayor, or acting Mayor, be authorized to execute any necessary documents to effectuate the same.
