1. To authorize the Mayor to execute the Master Municipal Agreement for Construction Projects with the State of Connecticut Department of Transportation.
2. To approve the change orders for D'Amato+Downes Joint Venture, totaling $194,475.29 as recommended by the Northeast Middle School Building Committee and to authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to execute any document necessary to amend the contract.
3. To accept $410 from the Bill and Janet Brownstein Charitable Donor Advised Fund at Main Street Community Foundation to subsidize the purchase of books for The Little Read in April 2025; to refer this grant to the Board of Finance for appropriation and any other necessary action; and to authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to execute any and all necessary documents related to the funding and implementation of the School Readiness grant.
4. To amend Contract 2P25-003 Concessions Services at Rockwell Theater with Legacy Hospitality and Entertainment Group, and to authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate said contract amendment.
5. To amend Contract 2P22-010 Design of Renovations and Improvements at Page Park with Weston & Sampson Engineers, Inc. in the amount of $499,900.00 for a revised contract amount of $1,859,490.00, and to authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to effect said contract amendment.
6. To award Contract 2P25-058 Leasing of Computer Equipment to TEQ Lease, Inc. and to authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate said contract.
