To authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to sign any and all documents necessary to execute the Electronic Voting Equipment Lease Agreement with the State of Connecticut.
To authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to execute a tariff agreement with the Connecticut Light and Power Company dba Eversource Energy relative to a non-residential renewable energy solutions (“NRES”) revenue sharing agreement between the City of Bristol and Greenskies Clean Energy LLC, and to refer to the Office of Corporation Counsel for review.
To consider and approve the Extension to Maintenance and Support Agreement #007081-001 between Idemia Identity & Security USA, LLC and the City of Bristol and to authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City of Bristol.
To consider and approve an agreement by and between the City of Bristol and Bristol Hospital, Incorporated for continued Hospital access to the Bristol Police Department Land Mobile Radio Network and to authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the City of Bristol.
To authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to execute an NRES Municipal Revenue Share Agreement with Greenskies Clean Energy LLC as a solar development partner for a twenty (20) year term, and to refer to the Office of Corporation Counsel for review.
Real Estate Committee - To authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to enter into a 60-day listing agreement with Bottom Line Realty to act as its real estate agent for the sale of city-owned property known as 91 Goodwin Street (Map 25A, Lot 36); to authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to sign any document necessary to effectuate this motion, and that this matter be referred to the Corporation Counsel.
To approve the change orders for D'Amato+Downes Joint Venture, totaling $8,677.11, as recommended by the Northeast Middle School Building Committee, and to authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to execute any documents necessary to amend their contract.
To approve amendment to Contract 2P22-051 to Quisenberry Arcari Malik, LLC in the amount of $1,760.00 as recommended by the Northeast Middle School Building Committee, and to authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to execute any documents necessary to amend their contract.
2025 All-Heart Parks Advocate of the Year award.
To award Contract 2P25-016 Consulting/Engineering Services for Climate Resiliency Flooding/Storm Drainage to Stantec Consulting Services Inc. in the amount of $225,200.00, and to authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to effect said contract.
To award Contract 2C25-075 Inlaid Thermoplastic Asphalt on North Main Street to Rocco Iadarola General Contracting Company in the amount of $74,000.00, and to authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to effect said contract.
To award Contract 2C25-074 Stamped Asphalt on North Main Street to Rocco Iadarola General Contracting Company in the amount of $102,000.00, and to authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to effect said contract.
