- <strong>Real Estate Committee</strong> - To authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to enter into a 60-day listing agreement with Bottom Line Realty to act as its real estate agent for the sale of city-owned property known as 86 Divinity Street, Map 28, Lot 11; to authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to sign any document necessary to effectuate this motion, and to refer this matter to Corporation Counsel.
- To approve the change orders for D'Amato+Downes Joint Venture, totaling $43,118.56 as recommended by the Northeast Middle School Building Committee and to authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to execute any documents necessary to amend their contract.
- To award Contract 2C25-081 Community Connectivity Grant Program to Martin Laviero Contractor Inc. in the amount of $712,025.00 and to authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to effect said contract.
