1. To authorize the Mayor to sign a contract amendment to Contract 2P24-076, WMC Engineers for Inspection and Construction Administration services of East St. Bridge in the amount of $143,000. Said amendment shall cover the cost of winter inspection services and water main replacement work and shall be fully funded through the Federal Local Bridge Program.
