1. To authorize the Mayor to execute any and all documents associated with an amendment to Contract 2C24-033 Construction of Hope Street Parking Garage with D'Amato Construction, increasing the contract amount by $65,322 to install a dedicated fire sprinkler system for the elevator shaft.
2. To award Contract 2C26-002 Renovations at Beals Community Center for Bristol Burlington Health District to Orlando Annulli & Sons, Inc. in the amount of $2,158,000 and to authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to effect said contract.
