1. To approve the funding for a tentative agreement reached between the City of Bristol and Bristol Professionals & Supervisors Association of Nutmeg Independent Labor for a three-year contract from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029, and to refer said agreement to the Board of Finance.
2. To award Contract 2P26-073 Concessions Services at Rockwell Theater to Legacy Hospitality and Entertainment Group, and to authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate said contract amendment.
3. To award Contract 2P26-075 Leasing of Computer Equipment to First American Commercial Bancorp Inc. dba First American Equipment Finance and to authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate said contract.
4. To award Contract 2026-071 NRES Project for Bristol Central and Eastern High Schools to Greenskies Clean Energy LLC, and to authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate said contract.
5. To award Contract 2P26-066 Inspection Services for Shrub Road Sidewalk Project to Wengell, McDonnell & Costello Inc. in the amount of $226,494.73, and to authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to effect said contract.
6. <p style="margin-left:0in;" data-pasted="true">To authorize the Mayor to execute an amendment to Contract 2C26-002, Renovation at the Beals Community Center – Bristol-Burlington Health District Space, with Orlando Annulli & Sons, Inc., in the amount of $42,495. This amendment will increase the total contract amount from $2,158,000 to $2,200,495.
7. To authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to execute a contract amendment with BL Companies in the amount of $87,310 for additional engineering services associated with Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit compliance, including illicit discharge detection and stormwater outfall testing required under the City's MS4 Permit and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrative Order.
8. The Bristol City Council formally requests that the Bristol Zoning Commission initiate and consider a text amendment to the Bristol Zoning Regulations to reduce the maximum permitted gross floor area of data centers within the Industrial (I) and Industrial Park (IP) Zoning Districts.
