1. To authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to execute an amendment to the Fiducient Advisors (Fiduciary Investment Advisors) agreement dated January 27, 2020, to appoint Fiducient as Discretionary Investment Manager for the City's voluntary deferred compensation retirement program with MissionSquare and to refer this matter to the Board of Finance and the Corporation Counsel's office for review.
2. To award Contract 2P26-075 Leasing of Computer Equipment to CCA Financial LLC and to authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate said contract.
3. <strong>Real Estate Committee - </strong>To reject the offer from JBS Developers, LLC in the amount of $175,000 in response to the City of Bristol's RFP 2026-059 for the sale of Surplus Property on 81 Church Avenue, Assessor's Map 43, Lot 22; and to direct the Purchasing Agent to reissue another RFP (Request For Proposal) placing public notices and to notify abutting property owners of the city's intention to sell city-owned property known as 81 Church Avenue, Map 43, Lot 22. The asking price in the RFP shall be amended downward to $300,000.
4. To award bid package 1.2.1, Demolition & HAZMAT Removal, for the renovation of the Edgewood Pre-K Academy, to American Building Wreckers, in the amount of $1,673,371.00, and to authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to execute any necessary documents.
