3. B A resolution adopting the second amendment to the 2025 Budget for the Thornton Development Authority beginning January 1, 2025 and ending December 31, 2025, and appropriating the funds for expenditure in 2025.
4. C A resolution authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement for the transfer of real property by and between the Thornton Development Authority and Adams 12 Five Star Schools.
