- Approval of the Chair's signature on a Construction Agreement with GJ Clarke and Co., Inc., for the Galloping Goose Park Landscaping Improvements Project.
- Approval of the Chair's signature on an Intergovernmental Agreement with West Central Public Health Partnership (WCPHP), composed of the following counties: Gunnison County, Hinsdale County, Ouray County, Delta County, and Montrose County. This will be for data sharing through their respective Departments of Public Health and Coroners' Offices, and the desire to enter into this agreement to allow safe and secure data sharing between the Parties concerning suicides and deaths, with the goal of improving prevention efforts.
