2. A Resolution authorizing payment in the amount of $100,000 from Project CI2113 - American Rescue Plan Act for the purchase of vehicles, as authorized by section 603(c)(1)(C) of the American Rescue Plan Act and U.S. Treasury Final Rule 31 CFR 35.6
3. A Resolution establishing Project No. PL2403, Pueblo Supplemental Planning and Demonstration in advance of the Pueblo Supplemental Planning and Demonstration SS4A Grant, transferring funds in the amount of $9,829.80 from the Wages/Police Service salary savings account 101-20-2010-20-51030 for the future purchase of Light Detection And Ranging (LIDAR) technology
