3. A Resolution accepting the letter of agreement regarding procedures outlined between Pueblo Airport Traffic Control Tower, ARFF, and the City of Pueblo Department of Aviation
4. An Ordinance approving an agreement between Pueblo, a Colorado Municipal Corporation, and Pueblo Municipal Rail Corporation and authorizing the Mayor to execute same
5. An Ordinance approving a Contribution Agreement between the City of Pueblo, a Colorado Municipal Corporation, and Martinez Property Holdings, Inc., a New Mexico corporation, and authorizing the Mayor to execute same
6. An Ordinance approving a T-Hangar Lease Agreement between the City of Pueblo, a Colorado Municipal Corporation, and Anwaar Saeed Allen for Hangar Unit E at 31501 Bryan Circle, Pueblo, Colorado
7. An Ordinance approving a T-Hangar Lease Agreement between the City of Pueblo, a Colorado Municipal Corporation, and Nathan C. Hawkins for Hangar Unit C at 31501 Bryan Circle, Pueblo, Colorado
8. An Ordinance approving and enacting the collective bargaining agreement between the City of Pueblo and the International Association of Fire Fighters Local No. 3 commencing January 1, 2027 and authorizing the Mayor to execute same

An Ordinance approving and accepting a grant funding agreement and all applicable conditions pertaining thereto from the Colorado Auto Theft Prevention Authority ("CATPA") relating to the Beat Auto Theft Through Law Enforcement ("BATTLE") Team, establishing project number PS2605, budgeting and appropriating funds to project number PS2605, and authorizing the Mayor to execute same
10. An Ordinance approving a Lease Agreement between Pueblo, a Colorado Municipal Corporation, and Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, a Virginia nonstock corporation, relating to a portion of the building at 317 North Main Street, waiving and releasing certain common area maintenance and operating expense charges, and authorizing the Mayor to execute same
11. An Ordinance approving an Economic Development Agreement between the City of Pueblo, a Colorado Municipal Corporation and Pueblo STEAM Works dba Southern Colorado Science Center dba Leonardo Da Vinci Museum of North America, a Colorado nonprofit corporation and authorizing the Mayor to execute the same; establishing Project No. ED2602 - Leonardo Da Vinci Museum; and budgeting and appropriating $885,000 from the unencumbered fund balance of the 1992-2031 Sales and Use Tax Capital Improvement Projects Fund To Project No. ED2602 - Leonardo Da Vinci Museum
12. An Ordinance approving and accepting Airport Improvement Program (AIP) Non-Competitive Discretionary Supplemental Grant Agreement No. 3-08-0046-056-2026 from the United States of America acting through the Federal Aviation Administration for funds in the amount of $75,881.00 to reimburse the City up to 95% of the total costs to acquire fifteen (15) Vehicle Movement Area Transponder (VMAT) units for airport vehicles, and authorizing the Mayor to execute same, establishing Project No. AP2605 - PUB-VMAT Units, budgeting and appropriating $79,875.00 to said project, and transferring matching funds in the amount of $3,994.00 from Project No. CIAN18 – Grant Matches - Airport
