BOCC litigation update, discussion with counsel for the purpose of receiving legal advice pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6- 402(4)(b); and</li><li>Property interest in the Snowmass Canyon area; and</li><li>Property interest in the Old Snowmass area; and</li><li>Property interest in the Aspen area</li></ul><br>latter two items are being discussed pursuant to Property Interest Acquisitions CRS 24-6-402(4)(a); Legal Advice CRS 24-6-402(4)(b), and Negotiations CRS 24-6-402(4)(e).
