1. Brief review of previous meetings executive summary and public comment.
2. Continue review and discussion of the proposed Common Ground Ordinance with emphasis on language to retain, revise, remove, or add.
3. Discuss the Committee’s overall approach to public comment, including the online survey and specific survey questions. Note: Open public comment is again not included in this agenda in favor of allowing public comment during real-time discussion of specific agenda/action items, along with public comment opportunities using the post-meeting survey.
