An Executive Session for the purposes of determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators, pursuant to Section 5.1(d) of the Manitou Springs Municipal Charter, regarding the Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Colorado Springs concerning the Incline.
