Motion to approve Resolution #3, Series 2026 A Resolution Approving an Access and Maintenance Easement Agreement between the City of Idaho Springs and Mighty ARGO Metropolitan District NO. 2 Concerning approximately 71 square feet of City Property occupied by a District Waste Water Treatment Plant.
3. Staff report submitted with one request for action:<ul><li>Motion to approve a proposal and engagement letter from DMC Auditing and Consulting, LLC in the amount of $22,200 to audit the City’s financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2025.
