3. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Motion: Move to approve the mayor to sign a letter written by the City attorney providing written consent allowing for the assignment of the Licensee under the June 14, 2021 Charging Station License Agreement from EV Build, Inc. to Loop Global, Inc. with the following condition: prior to the issuance of written consent to the assignment, Loop Global must provide evidence satisfactory to the City Attorney of the entity’s authority to conduct business in the State of Colorado.
