- Under C.R.S. §§ 24-6-402(4)(b) and (e) to receive legal advice and to determine positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, develop negotiations strategy and instruct negotiators regarding the sewer system at the Gemenskap development in Park County, the subsequent mediation with the Gemenskap developer that occurred on July 27, 2026 and related discussions with the developer, the settlement of Sallie Williard’s potential claim, and to take any necessary related action(s).
